St Christine’s Faith Formation Program's mission is to support you in bringing your children into an intimate relationship with Jesus, one of trust and affection, as you guide them in sharing God's love through discipleship and the sacramental life of the church.
Faith Formation Information for Pre-Kindergarten thru Confirmation
Grades Pre-School – Grade Five
Faith Formation classes meet weekly. We strongly believe meeting weekly offers many benefits for your children and families. The children will deepen their faith through a safe and supportive space to grow in love with Jesus and one another. They come to know that they are an important part of our parish family and are valued, respected and loved. Weekly classes foster a sense of community and belonging, allowing families to connect with like-minded people.
As Catholics, the most important thing we do is come together as a community to worship, thank God for His many blessings, and receive Holy Communion. We encourage all families to attend Mass together every week and bear witness to our children the importance of the Eucharist.
Special Masses are scheduled throughout the school year for each grade level. Please refer to your child’s grade level calendars and save the dates!
The 2026/2027 School year classes begin the Week of September 28 and end the week of April 26
Sunday Classes:
Grades Pre-K meet from 9:15 am - 10:30 am during the 9:30 Mass.
Monday- Wednesday Classes
Grades Pre-K thru Grade 5 meet from 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm
Wednesday Classes Only
Grade Two First Penance & First Holy Communion Preparation Classes - 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm

Grades Six (Middle School) & Confirmation
New Confirmation Information - 2025 through 2027
PLEASE NOTE: The Confirmation Program is a two year program beginning in Grade 7.
As directed by the Archdiocese of Boston, the children are now being confirmed in eighth grade.
This year all of the
*9th grade students who completed the 8th grade confirmation program in 2026 will be confirmed with the incoming
**8th graders on Friday, May 14, 2027 at 5:30PM & 7:30PM.
Grade 9 will meet for a limited amount of Sundays from 4:00-5:00PM in preparation for their reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Grade 7 & 8: Incoming students will meet on Sundays from 4:00PM-6:00PM.
Grade 6: will meet on Mondays & Tuesdays from 6:30PM-7:30PM.
*Important: To
register your grade 9 student who will be confirmed in May 2027 please follow the instructions below:

- Sign in if you already have an account. If not, you don't need one.
- Click the One-Time Gift tab.
- Select Grade 9 Confirmation Fee 2027 $60.
- Enter $60 in the amount area. (see example)
- Select how you want to pay (if you are logged in it will show you any saved accounts)
- Complete all fields.
- Click Submit.

8th grade confirmation students are
still required to complete the Faith Formation Registration form below.
All children in grades 6-10 are welcome to register for our Faith Formation and Confirmation Programs.
There will be an informational meeting for students in grades 6-9 on September 10 at 6:30PM in the Parish Hall.
